Generate a Subtitle

Steps

1. Go to the Projects page by clicking on the 'Briefcase' icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL: https://app.heraw.com/projects

2. Select a project by clicking on its name to open it

3. Click on the 'Files' tab at the top right of the interface

or

1. Go to the DAM page by clicking on the 'Hard Drive' icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL: https://app.heraw.com/folders

2. Select a folder that contains files

4. Double click on a video file to open it

5. Click on the 'Subtitles' icon at the bottom right of the video's timecode

6. Choose 'Create a Subtitle' to open the subtitle management window for this file

or

5. Click on the 'Subtitles' icon at the top right of the contextual menu

6. Click on the 'Generate Subtitle' icon at the top right of the subtitles panel that has opened

7. Choose 'Generate Subtitle' to open the subtitle management window for this file

8. Select the source language of the video

9. Choose the language(s) in which to transcribe the subtitles

10. Check the box for 'Professional Human Post-Editing' if you want proofreading and correction of AI-generated subtitles

11. Click on the 'Generate' button to generate the subtitles

12. View the window showing the estimated time for subtitle generation

13. Check your emails to be notified of the availability of your subtitles
