Download a Subtitle

Steps

1. Go to the Projects page by clicking on the 'Briefcase' icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL: https://app.heraw.com/projects

2. Select a project by clicking on its name to open it

3. Click on the 'Files' tab at the top right of the interface

or

1. Go to the DAM page by clicking on the 'Hard Drive' icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL: https://app.heraw.com/folders

2. Select a folder that contains files
   

3. Double click on a video file to open it

4. Click on the 'Subtitles' icon at the top right of the contextual menu

5. Choose a subtitle from the dropdown menu

6. Click on the 'Download' icon to display the list of choices

7. Click on the subtitle format you wish to retrieve
