Steps
Go to the Projects page by clicking on the 'Briefcase' icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL: https://app.heraw.com/projects
Choose a project by clicking on its name to open it
Click on the 'Files' tab at the top right of the interface
or
Go to the DAM page by clicking on the 'Hard Drive' icon in the left menu or by going to the following URL: https://app.heraw.com/folders
Select a folder containing files
Right-click on a video file to display the file options
Choose 'Subtitles' to open the subtitle management window for this file
or
Double click on a video file to open it
Click on the 'Subtitles' icon at the bottom right of the video's timecode
Choose 'Add a Subtitle' to open the subtitle management window for this file
Drag and drop a compatible subtitle file into the window
Choose the language of the uploaded subtitle file
Click on the 'Add' button to associate the subtitle file
